The Mission Court Apartments is a new affordable housing complex in Tulare, CA. The complex consists of 65 units within walking distance from a supermarket, school and public transportation There are 24 two-bedroom units, 33 three-bedroom units and 8 four-bedroom units; each unit comes with extra storage space as well as a private patio or balcony. The project includes a community building that offers an on-site office, laundry facility and a kitchen.
The development also offers other amenities such as a large outdoor playground and a covered picnic area. Each unit comes equipped with energy efficient appliances including; central air conditioning and heating, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, stove, and washer/dryer hook ups. An-onsite manager is available and residents have access to free wireless internet.
