Provides cash assistance and employment services in Santa Clara County. Program is for adults with no dependent children who have no other means of support.
Refugee Cash Assistance: Provides newly arrived refugees and other immigrants cash assistance.
Trafficking and Crime Victims Assistance Program (TCVAP): Provides short-term cash assistance to certain immigrant survivors of human trafficking.
