Description Provides cash assistance and employment services in Santa Clara County. Program is for adults with no dependent children who have no other means of support. 

Refugee Cash Assistance:
Provides newly arrived refugees and other immigrants cash assistance.

Trafficking and Crime Victims Assistance Program (TCVAP):
Provides short-term cash assistance to certain immigrant survivors of human trafficking.

Application Process Apply online, by phone, in-person, fax or mail applications can be requested. After the application is submitted with the appropriate documents, an interview will be required.
Documents Required Proof of income, residency, property, and citizenship. An Eligibility Worker will tell you what to provide.
