Provides newly arrived refugees and other immigrants cash assistance.

Trafficking and Crime Victims Assistance Program (TCVAP):
Provides short-term cash assistance to certain immigrant survivors of human trafficking.

Program Fees No fee
Application Process Must apply for and receive CalWORKs cash aid. After applying and approved for cash aid, must attend an orientation and meet with an Employment Counselor.
Documents Required If employed, please provide a recent paycheck stub or proof of employment. If attending school, provide school enrollment information.
