Program
Eligibility	Must be 60 years old or older, homebound, unable to drive, and unable to purchase and prepare meals and/or Individuals who may be recovering from the hospital. Serves the following zip codes Santa Clara: 95050 San Jose: 95111, 95112, 95122, 95125, 95126, 95127, 95128, 95132


Program Fees	Recommended contribution of $3 per meal, though no one is turned away due to inability to pay.
