Programs Include: - Helping Hand Program - Funds support clients with situations such as electrical and plumbing repairs, windows, gutters, soffit, fascia, and shingles. Homeowners must pay 25% of the project costs.
- HOME Owner Occupied Rehabilitation - Intended to preserve and extend the life of existing housing. Helps homeowners to bring their homes up to Section 8 standards, local building codes, and zoning restrictions. Goal is to provide assistance to low and moderate-income homeowners in maintaining their homes as safe, sanitary dwellings. Priorities include correcting structural deficiencies, weatherization, and general home improvements.
