Offers three programs that support students with low-income that qualify for California College Promise Grant (state sponsored program that waives enrollment fees for eligible California residents). Eligible students qualify for counseling, priority registration, and book services. Current and future students must apply and go through a screening process. Additional services available for single parents under the CARE and CalWORKs program receiving cash aid benefits through social services.
