Serves as point of entry for adults into Seven Counties Services. Provides telephone intake, appointments at the Seven Counties site best meeting the callers needs, and referrals to other counseling agencies as appropriate. Serves Jefferson, Bullitt, Oldham, Spencer, Shelby, Trimble and Henry counties in Kentucky.

Makes appointments for: the Crisis Clinic, all Seven Counties sites (excluding the Addiction Recovery Center and the Developmental Services Division), and Recovery-Oriented Medication Assisted Treatment (ROMAT) in Oldham & Bullitt Counties.
