Eligibility:

Adults, ages 18 and older, diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness who choose to participate and can benefit from the program

Call for information; Referrals are accepted from Central State Hospital, other State hospitals, Seven Counties outpatient sites, and are then reviewed by an inter-agency screening committee
