Description
Families participate in 2-4 hours of services per week for 8 to 12 weeks This program also provides Parent Engagement Meetings in the school setting with the purpose of preventing educational neglect.

CCC Pregnancy Post- Partum program includes in-home therapy for pregnant and post-partum women who are diagnosed with a mood or anxiety disorder. CCC referrals can be received from SCS therapists & Impact workers, community partners including DCBS, courts, and schools and families themselves.

CCC Medicaid Team: The child and their family participate in 3-4 hours of individual and family therapy services per week for 3 months, depending on the family’s needs. The children are typically age 3-17 and have an emotional or behavioral health diagnosis. CCC Medicaid Team referrals can be received from SCS therapists & Impact workers, community partners including DCBS, courts, and schools and families themselves.
