Eligibility:

Students who are experiencing difficulties at school and/or at home that interfere with their ability to learn. Serves students enrolled in schools that are served by this program.

Application Process:

Persons may contact School-Based Services for screening and admission criteria. Referrals are accepted from school personnel. Parents may go through Access to make appointments, but it is not necessary.
