Jefferson Alcohol and Drug Abuse Center (JADAC) Provides a comprehensive array of services, both inpatient and outpatient, for adults experiencing alcoholism and drug addiction. Services include:

Specialized Programs
- Kentucky Moms
Educational program for women who are pregnant or have recently given birth, who are at risk or face challenges with substance use. - Project Link
A FREE program for pregnant women who are using alcohol and/or drugs. - Early Intervention Program (EIP)
For youth ages 13–20 who are at risk for or may already be experiencing problems related to substance use. - Zero-Tolerance Under 21 DUI Program (ZT)
Services for young people ages 16–20 charged under KRS 189A.010(1)(e) for Zero Tolerance under 21 DUI offenses. - Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) Evidence-based practice to identify, reduce, and prevent problematic use, misuse, and dependence on alcohol and illicit drugs.
Anyone in the state of Kentucky who is indigent (uninsured and has no other benefit) is eligible for a subsidy/sliding fee scale to help pay for services.Note: all forms of Medicaid accepted, but Medicare is not accepted (Medicare clients could be referred to OLOP, Baptist Health, or The Brook Hospital).
