Provides alcohol, tobacco, and other drug information, educational classes, and screenings for youth ages 13 - 17, who may be involved in, or affected by, substance abuse. Also offers the Zero Tolerance Program for driving under the influence offenders under the age of 21. Classes held regularly in Jefferson Co, KY; Bullitt Co, KY; and Shelby Co, KY.
