Offers services to pregnant and parenting teens and their siblings (both male and female) through case management and lifeskills support groups. Focuses on the reduction in second births or prevention of the first, enrollment or retention in schools, reduction of low birth weights, and reduction in risk behaviors of adolescents.

Acts as a Teen and Family Resource Center that provides a myriad of support service programming ranging from child development and child care to nutrition and health education, job readiness, mental health, relationship violence prevention, and academic counseling.
