PARENTS AS TEACHERS (PAT) PROGRAM: Provides free home visiting services to expecting parents and families parenting a child or children ages birth to five. Home visitors promote positive parent-child relationships; provide families with child development information, promote child health, social-emotional well-being, safety, and family self-sufficiency. Assists parents with guiding and teaching their children school readiness skills and offers community resources.

HEALTHY FAMILIES PROGRAM: Offers a voluntary home visiting program to prevent child abuse and neglect. Recommends services for families based on their needs and help with prenatal support, family planning, child development resources, access to healthcare, and referrals to community resources.
