Gold County Senior Services operates the Congregate Lunch Café, offering hot, freshly prepared lunches in a community setting for older adults in Western Nevada County.
Services include:
- Hot lunch at noon on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
Additional Information:
- Welcomes adults age 60 and older; others may attend as guests for a fee
- Collects a suggested voluntary contribution of $3.00 per meal for eligible participants
- Charges a $7.00 meal fee for guests under age 60
Meals are served at Nevada City Senior Apartments, 231 Colfax Ave, Grass Valley, CA 95945. Service is unavailable on holidays or during unsafe travel conditions. First-time participants must complete an intake form.
No eligible participant is denied service due to inability to contribute.
