Facilities are made available on an equitable basis, regardless of the beliefs or affiliations of groups or individuals requesting their use. Facilities may only be reserved for civic, cultural, educational, intellectual, or charitable purposes and not for commercial purposes.

Program Fees: No rental fee for all branches except for the Tsakopoulos Library Galleria. Penalty fees for certain circumstances, such as damaged items, may apply.
