Program Delivery
Eligibility: Open to adults and teens.

To volunteer as an Adult Literacy Tutor, the individual must:
- Be an adult who can commit to tutor for 1.5 to 2 hours a week for 6 months or longer
- Be willing to tutor at the library location that is most convenient for the learner
- Complete the online tutor training program
- Have basic digital literacy skills or be willing to learn how to navigate websites, online programs, and email
Languages: Website translation available, English
Application Process: Visit the website to apply. The volunteer coordinator at the applicant's chosen branch will reach out to confirm whether the branch is currently accepting volunteers.

Documents Required: For teen volunteers, a parent/legal guardian's signature is required before the start of service.
