FAMILY SUPPORT CENTER: Provides a parenting/nurturing program, a child development program for expectant parents and parents with children birth to four years old. Offering programs for participating families such as, Teen Parenting Education Program (TPEP) and an In-Home Intervention Program (IHI). Also offers GED/ABE courses, ESL courses, and a young father's program.
