 Description
SUPPORT SERVICES: Provides services to vulnerable adults in need of community based services to help them remain independent and allowing them to maintain self sufficiently in the community for as long as possible. Assists with court-ordered evictions, BGE turn off notices, burials, and prescriptions. Services are provided virtually. Individuals may be seen in-person by appointment only.
