 Description
SUPPORTIVE HOUSING SERVICES: Voluntary supportive housing program for adult and or elderly individuals who have a documented mental, developmental or physical disability and lack the functional capacity to live alone. To enroll in Project Home, potential residents must be able to live in a family setting; to contribute financially to the cost of their care; to take advantage of community resources and program activities; and to maintain or develop the skills they need to live in the least restrictive environment possible.
