Description
OVERVIEW: The St. Mary's County Infants and Toddlers Program provides early intervention services to eligible children and their families to support healthy development. Following referral children are evaluated by program staff to determine eligibility and if eligible an Individualized Family Services Plan is written to support child development and priority outcomes identified by the child's family.

SERVICES: Provides assessment, service coordination, audiology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, counseling, home visits, health services, nursing, nutrition counseling, psychology, social work and support groups. A family support network is also available for any parent whose child is a part of the program.
