DEVELOPMENTAL INTERVENTION: Provides early intervention services for families of children birth through 36 months of age who have, or may have, developmental disabilities, delays, or special health needs. Early intervention is a system of supports and services identified for eligible children that are based upon the outcomes families have identified for their child. Services for children and family occur in a child's natural environment (i.e. their home, daycare, preschools, or in other community locations).

Eligibility:	Families with children from birth to age 3 demonstrating a 25% delay in one or more areas of development; Children demonstrating atypical development in one or more areas of development; or children with a diagnosed condition placing them at risk for developmental delays.
