FAMILY PRESERVATION: Provides home-based services to families in crisis whose children are at risk of out-of-home placement. Identifies needs and strengths of families and assists families in becoming stable and connected to community services and resources. Includes reunification services to parents of children in out of home placement and substance exposed newborn (SEN) cases.
