Description
CHILD SUPPORT: Provides services which establish and enforce child support orders. Searches for the non-custodial parent; proves the paternity of the child; gets a court order for support; collects support payments and enforces the court order and reviews and modifies the court order. Persons applying for Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA) and Medical Assistance must file for child support before they can receive cash assistance.
