Description
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Provides an emergency assistance cash grant to assist with court-ordered evictions, foreclosures, water bills and utility cut-offs (up to $350), and burial assistance (up to $600, limited to recipients of cash public assistance) and may be used only once in a 24-month period. Also available are funds for those who have experienced an official disaster (hurricane, flood, fire). Children 18 to 21 must be enrolled full-time in school.
