Description
State agency works to prevent disease and promotes the public's health through programs and by providing general information about health related issues. DPH investigates complaints and answers inquiries about health and mental health care providers and health care facilities. DPH also provides oversight and technical assistance to local public health departments, community clinics, and school based health clinics.
