Description

Behavioral health provider serves communities throughout Central and Eastern Connecticut. Offers over 80 programs at many locations that are focused on providing accessible and affordable health care. Administers behavioral health services through sites in Bloomfield, Danielson, Enfield, Hartford, Manchester, Mansfield, Putnam and Willimantic. Operates an Assessment Center to provide crisis triage, mobile crisis response, information, referrals and new client intakes. Provides a wide range of outpatient, community support, in-home, residential and emergency crisis services throughout Central and Northeastern Connecticut. Specialized services for people seeking treatment for substance abuse are available, including residential treatment, outpatient and methadone maintenance. Windsor site houses administrative offices and the Adult Crisis Team.

**Adult, child and family outpatient mental health and substance abuse services are available at the Bloomfield, Enfield, Manchester, Mansfield and Willimantic sites and at the Latino Clinic for Children and Families in Hartford. Substance abuse outpatient services are available at the Danielson site.
**Specialized services for young adults and homeless youth are available, including transitional support and intensive community support. Provides social clubs in Enfield and Manchester as well as supported employment throughout their service system.
Also operates a variety of in-home services for children as well as therapeutic group homes, therapeutic foster care, emergency psychiatric care, and parent education and support in many of its service communities. Provides supportive housing including a supportive housing apartment building recently opened in Manchester.
