 Description

Crisis assessments and interventions are provided for adults who may be at risk for hospitalization. Services are provided to prevent hospitalization. Mobile response is provided M-F: 10am-7pm; Sat, Sun, Holidays: 10am-6pm. Phone response is provided 24/7. Callers may need to leave a voicemail with their name and phone number for a call back if the line is busy.
