Description
Transportation is provided M-F: 8am-4:30pm for medical appointments, shopping and other activities in Windsor. Call to schedule a ride no late than 12noon two business days before you want a ride.
Transportation is available for out of town medical appointments M-F: 9am-3:45pm. Must call by noon 2 days in advance of your scheduled appointment. Wheelchair transportation is available on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday only to Bloomfield West Hartford and Hartford. Call between 9:30am-3pm to schedule your ride and provide doctor's name, phone number, address, appointment time and length.
