Program Delivery
Eligibility: Annually - Property Tax Relief and Rent Rebate: Ages 65+ or totally disabled, one year's Connecticut residency; Call city/town for specific income eligibility guidelines (figures change annually); No asset limit; Veterans Real or Personal Property Tax Exemption: At least 90 days wartime service, Connecticut residency; Low income and/or disabled veterans are eligible for higher exemptions
Application Process: Apply through town tax assessor's office; Apply for rent rebate through the Municipal Agent for the Elderly

Program Fees: No fee
