COMMUNITY CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES:
- Maryland Community Criminal Justice Treatment Program (MCCJTP): For individuals being released from incarceration from local detention.
- Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH): For individuals experiencing (or at risk of experiencing) homelessness.
- State Care Coordination (SCC): Expands access to a comprehensive array of community-based behavioral health services for Maryland residents in varying stages of recovery, particularly those who may be at high risk for relapse.
- Continuum of Care (CoC): Provides permanent housing and supportive services to people who are experiencing homelessness or at-risk of experiencing homelessness.
TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE: Provides bus tickets to mental health providers to help qualifying clients attend treatment appointments.
LETHAL MEANS SAFETY INITIATIVES: Offers free gun locks, medication lockboxes, and gun safes. Each lock has crisis line information, wallet card with 988 information, suicide warning signs, and an instruction guide about how to install locks on guns.
ID ASSISTANCE: Helps people who are experiencing homelessness or are at imminent risk of homelessness, and those who have a mental illness, or co-occurring mental illness with substance use disorder, to access state identification cards and birth certificates.
