Description

North Haven residents who would like to sign up for Christmas gifts/toys, Christmas or Thanksgiving food distribution, are welcome to contact their Community Service department. Program is intended for North Haven families experiencing financial hardship, with children ages 18 and under. This program is intended for parents, guardians or direct caregivers only; grandparents are allowed only if they are custodial parent (individuals will be asked to show proof of guardianship).

Program Delivery
Eligibility: North Haven residents only
Application Process: Must register
Program Fees: No fee
Documents Required: 1. Driver’s license (proving residency)
2. Birth certificates for each child in the
household
3. Proof of hardship. Acceptable forms
of proof include but are not limited
to: Social Security benefit letters,
State of CT Connect cards, Husky
cards, SNAP benefit letters, Care 4
Kids letters.
