Description

IN HOME VISITS: Case manager connects pregnant and postpartum women to information and referrals for addictions and family planning services. Parents are taught how to cope with their drug exposed newborns.

INFANTS and TODDLERS: Children birth to age 5 are evaluated for developmental delays, behavioral problems, and other related health issues. Referrals and ongoing monitoring continue as need.

LEAD POISONING: Educates and provides resources concerning lead poisoning issues.
