However, due to budget related staff reductions, the toll-free line does not have enough staff to handle the call volume coming in. This is causing long delays for consumers trying to contact DCP. Please advise your callers of this situation, and also advise them that the regular phone line and the website are available for contacting DCP, if this is convenient for them. Each office and division has a main email address that can be used as well. |
