Description
Department of Agriculture enforces all laws and regulations concerning livestock (farm) and domestic animals. The Animal Control Office answers questions and conducts investigations when dogs or cats have been exposed to rabid animals or when people have been bitten by a dog or cat. The State Veterinarian answers questions and conducts investigations regarding livestock or domestic animal (except dogs and cats) exposure to rabies. The State Veterinarian can also answer questions about regulations regarding taking animals for travel abroad.
