Connecticut children's HUSKY plan provides health care insurance, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription. The maximum income level to qualify a child for coverage is 323% FPL. - Cost: HUSKY B - 1) Band 1 - for children with family income between 185-235% of FPL - no monthly premium; - 2) Band 2 - for children with family income between 236-323% of FPL, HUSKY B-Tiers 1 and 2 provides, under the HUSKY Plus program, supplemental coverage for intensive physical or behavioral health care needs.
