Food Protection Program issues food safety and food borne illness alerts, provides seminars and training for food workers and food inspectors, and informs the public about safe food handling practices, and also food safety during power outages and disasters.
NOTE: Contact local town or city health departments to obtain a food service license, to file a complaint about a food service establishment, or to report a food consumption related illness.
