Eligibility:
|
Age 0 through 18 (or 21 if still receiving services from a local educational authority) who are displaying serious emotional disturbances (SED). SED refers to children and adolescents with a mental, behavioral, or emotional disorder that has resulted in functional impairment that substantially interferes with or limits the child's functioning in family, school, or community.

No fee for care coordination; Care coordinators will help families access insurance if the family is uninsured
