Description
Program provides care for families who are experiencing substance abuse and/or parent attachment issues with children. Program services includes home based individual and group therapy, and case management and referral services are provided by a family support worker. Program can be accessed 24hrs/7days a week. Treatment duration is 12-18 months or longer if needed.

Eligibility: DCF referral, caregiver needs to be 18 years or older; Identified child needs to be 24 months or younger; Current use within past 30 days.
