Eligibility:

Patients who have exhausted benefits or all third party coverage, or who are not eligible for such coverage, (such as private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, coinsurance, etc.) and who cannot afford to pay for cost of treatment. Eligibility is based on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Income Guidelines.
