Center offers medical care and self management education and training for people with diabetes and their families. Services include individualized diabetes education or four two-hour classes called modules. Also offers consultations for pregnant women with diabetes, ongoing educational programs, patient newsletter, continuous glucose monitoring and insulin pump training.
