NOTE: This agency participates in a Unified Intake process and does not accept individual requests for shelter. Callers in need of shelter must call 2-1-1 for a referral.

Subsidized rent apartments for people who are homeless AND who have a history of substance abuse, a psychiatric disability, dual diagnosis, or who are homeless and are HIV positive. Project H.E.A.R.R.T. also provides employment services and assistance in obtaining appropriate medical and mental health care.
