NOTE: This agency participates in a Unified Intake process and does not accept individual requests for shelter. Callers in need of shelter must call 2-1-1 for a referral.

Subsidized rent apartments for people who are homeless AND who have a history of psychiatric disability, substance abuse, dual diagnosis, homeless and are HIV positive, or ex-offenders in re-entry supportive housing program. Program offers intensive case management, job search assistance and community based services. Services are offered to all tenants living at Hudson View Commons in Hartford.
