Description

Mobile crisis intervention team for children and youth will go to homes, community sites, and emergency rooms to assess psychiatric emergency and to provide emergency intervention and brief in-home follow up when indicated for children and adolescents ages 0 through 17. Youth aged 18 will be seen only if they are referred by a high school professional for a response to the high school. If youth 18+ is still in High School and the response is not to the High School, individuals will be referred to Adult Mobile Crisis Team.

Mobile response is provided 24hr/7days.

HARTFORD OFFICE covers: Hartford, West Hartford.
MERIDEN OFFICE (now located in Middletown) covers: Meriden, Wallingford.
PLAINVILLE / NEW BRITAIN OFFICE covers: Avon, Berlin, Bristol, Burlington, Canton, Farmington, Kensington, New Britain, Newington, Plainville, Plymouth, Rocky Hill, Simsbury, Southington, Wethersfield.
