Description

Court-approved Impaired Driving Intervention Programs are provided for first time offenders who have been arrested for driving or boating under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.

NOTE: Individuals arrested outside of Connecticut and given permission by that state to use Connecticut's program to meet that state's requirements should contact the DMHAS' Office of Pretrial Interventions for appropriate referral.
