Intermediate (Level 3.5) 24/7 residential treatment facility for men in need of a structured environment to continue building upon their recovery skills. Provides a broad range of trauma-informed programs and services, including individualized counseling, group therapy, psychiatric assessment and consultation, and aftercare planning and referrals. Clients have access to a broad range of recovery-oriented services.

Eligibility: Males ages 18+; Men on methadone maintenance are accepted; Accepts dually diagnosed men
Application Process: Call to schedule a phone screening; Emergency room physician, agency or self referrals; Clients are admitted Monday-Sunday
