Family Resource Centers at Wadell Elementary School in Manchester and at Maple Street School in Vernon provide play groups for parents, caregivers and their children, a resource lending library, parenting support groups, a Parents as Teachers program, connections to adult education and child care, training and support for home day care providers, and child care information.
