Description
Sliding fee child guidance clinics for children, adolescents and their families provides range of outpatient mental health services including assessments and evaluations, counseling, psychiatric treatment, psychopharmacology, and family counseling. Clinics are funded and designated by the Connecticut Department of Children and Families to provide access to a full range of mental health services for children and families, regardless of ability to pay. Specialized services address evaluation and treatment for juveniles with sexual behavior problems, juveniles who set fires, children who have been abused or experienced trauma, and children who have attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder.
