NOTE: This agency participates in a Unified Intake process and does not accept individual requests for shelter. Callers in need of shelter must call 2-1-1 for a referral.

Supported housing services are provided to individuals in the Enfield and Manchester areas who are homeless and have been diagnosed with a mental illness. Services include intensive case management focused on gaining and maintaining housing. Housing vouchers are available for individuals in the program.
