Eligibility:

Resident of Andover, Bloomfield, Bolton, East Granby, East Hartford, East Windsor, Ellington, Enfield, Glastonbury, Granby, Hartford, Hebron, Manchester, Marlborough, Somers, South Windsor, Stafford, Suffield, Tolland, Vernon, Windsor, Windsor Locks; Children ages 8-18 who have a history of substance abuse or who are at risk of abusing substances, who have conduct disorders/oppositional defiant behaviors, and who are at imminent risk of hospitalization or placement in a residential treatment facility; Younger children can be considered if they meet the other criteria
